The Simple Estate Plan (without a Deed)
 

Includes (For Each Individual): An Advance Healthcare Directive, A Durable Power of Attorney, and a Simple Will.

 

  • Individual - $300.00 (total price, see terms and conditions below)

  • Couple - $500.00 (total price, see terms and conditions below)


The Simple Estate Plan #2 (with a Deed)


Includes (For Each Individual): An Advance Healthcare Directive, A Durable Power of Attorney, and a Simple Will. This package also includes the appropriate deed or deeds as needed.

 

  • Individual - $400.00 (total price, see terms and conditions below)

  • Couple - $600.00 (total price, see terms and conditions below)


The Advanced Estate Plan 
 

Includes (For Each Individual): Everything else from the simple estate plan above along with a Living or Family Trust. The will can be a simple will or a pour-over will. Includes a deed when necessary. 
 

  • Individual - $1200.00 (total price, see terms and conditions below)

  • Couple  - $1500.00 (total price, see terms and conditions below)

Terms and Limitations

 

  1. These packages are offered at the flat-fee cost indicated, but note that as detailed in my retainer you may have to pay any expenses incurred. Generally in these matters the cost would be the recording fees for a deed when I record it for you. 

  2. The prices on these packages are limited to individuals or couples who own no more than one piece of real property

  3. I may allow the use of these package prices on a case-by-case basis as a starting point for individuals or couples who own more than one piece of real property for an additional $100.00 per piece of real property. 

  4. I will include other simple documents upon request (such as a mental health directive) for an additional $100.00 per document (my normal fee for individual documents is $150.00).  

  5. I reserve the right to find that your estate planning needs are complex and require individual pricing, I may still quote a flat-fee for your complex estate planning needs.
